The 23-year-old joined the Toffees permanently from the Catalan giants in 2015, after a successful loan spell at Goodison Park two years previously.

Furthermore, the Champions League side can reportedly reclaim the Spain international for just 12 million, whichwas part of the agreementthat allowedthe pacey wide-man to join the Merseysiders originally.

Deulofeu’s indifferent performances during the first half of this seasonfailed to impressEverton boss Ronald Koeman and causedthe Spaniard to beshipped out on loan in January to Serie A side AC Milan.

But with the talented youngster’s recent impressive displaysBarcelona are looking to reunite themselves with the Catalonian-born attacker.

However, they will have to challenge his temporary employers Milan, who are also keen to secure the 23-year-old on a more permanent basis.
