Italian giants AC Milan have Chelsea midfield pair Oscar and Nemanja Matic in their sights and are ready to offer a collective £61.9 million for the Blues duo according to reports in Italy.
The Blues have had an inconsistent start to the new Premier League season and Antonio Conte is still feeling out the best system to achieve success at Stamford Bridge.

A host of the current Chelsea first-team squad are also being questioned, with scope that the former Juventus trainer will look to revamp his group in coming transfer windows.
Oscar has been in and out of the Blues line-up this season but was a notable casualty as his side beat Hull City 2-0 in the Premier League on Saturday.
Calcio Mercato state that Milan, who have new investors and are expected to spend big in the next 12 months, will offer €45 million (£38.7 million) for the Brazil international.
Matic meanwhile is also reportedly in their sights, with the Italian media Calcio Mercato again claiming that a €27 million (£23.2 million) offer is in the wings for the Serbian midfield enforcer.
Chelsea signed four new players in the summer window, with Michy Batshuayi, N’Golo Kante, David Luiz and Marcos Alonso added to Conte’s contingent.
