Inter Milan have confirmed that they have signed Brazilian attacker Gabriel Barbosa from Santos on their official website, with the fee believed to be €28 million (£23.9 million).
Premier League rivals Manchester United and Chelsea have both been linked with the South American starlet over the course of the summer, but the Serie A giants have landed the gifted forward.

Nicknamed Gabigol in his homeland after star performances at Vila Belmiro, the 20-year-old is adjudged as one of the brightest young players in the world game and is being tipped to be a global superstar in the future.
Inter have conducted a major upheaval this summer, with Frank de Boer being hired as manager and the likes of Joao Mario, Antonio Candreva and Ever Banega all arriving at the Milanese club.
United and Chelsea may well look back in the future and regret not furthering their interest in Barbosa into something more concrete.
