Everton are being tipped to sell James McCarthy this summer, with The Guardian stating that Crystal Palace, Southampton and Stoke City are all keen on the midfielder.
The Republic of Ireland international was a favourite of former Toffees boss Roberto Martinez and followed the Spaniard from Wigan to Goodison Park.

However, with Ronald Koeman taking over at the Merseyside club, it is believed that McCarthy could well be offloaded to make way for new faces.
The report suggests that Everton value the all-action midfielder at around £18 million.
The Toffees have signed Idrissa Gueye from Aston Villa this summer and have a host of other options in the heart of their team.
Should McCarthy move to Palace he would be reacquainted with James McArthur, who he started out his career with at Scottish side Hamilton Academicals.
The Irish midfielder has proven himself as a combatant and able performer in the Premier League and will surely be in demand should Everton be willing to let him go.
