Chelsea are keeping a close eye on impressive young Paris Saint-Germain defender Presnel Kimpembe amid the player’s desire for improved terms at the French club, according to L’Equipe.
The 21-year-old centre-half has been given a chance to play at the Parc des Princes outfit this season thanks to the Blues signing David Luiz over the course of the summer.

Kimpembe is adjudged to be one of the rising stars of the French domestic game and has stood out while representing his country at under-21 national level.
However, talks with the Ligue 1 champions over a new and improved contract have not bore fruit as yet and Chelsea are believed to be ready to pounce if the young star looks to leave the French capital.
Antonio Conte played three at the back in his side’s 2-0 win over Hull City at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday and as such it would not be a surprise to see another central defender added to the Blues ranks in the near future.
