Chelsea are ready to offer Fiorentina their former player Juan Cuadrado in an attempt to land Federico Bernardeschi in January, according to Calcio Mercato.
The Blues are top of the Premier League and on a run of seven consecutive wins, with Antonio Conte’s decision to switch to three at the back paying dividends.

Despite this, the West London club are expected to dip into the transfer market in the new year in an attempt to add strength in depth to their squad.
Bernardeschi is a player that has been linked to Chelsea on a number of occasions and would be a player that could offer competition for places at right wing-back.
Cuadrado was a favourite at Fiorentina and is currently on loan from the Blues to Juventus.
It remains to be seen what knock-on effects the signature of Bernardeschi would have on Victor Moses, who has been in inspired form on the right flank of late.
The report also suggests that the Blues could look to land Viola midfielder Milan Badelj in the new year, with the Croatian’s contract in Italy running down.
Chelsea signed Marcos Alonso from Fiorentina in the summer and it looks like the Premier League side have eyes on a couple more of the Serie A outfit’s star men.
