Chelsea are ready to part company with star attacker Eden Hazard if it convinces Juventus to sell Leonardo Bonucci, according to The Sun.
The Blues have switched to three central defenders after Premier League defeats to Liverpool and Arsenal, with Antonio Conte believed to be in the market for an established option at the heart of his rearguard.

The Italian trainer knows the world-class defender well from their mutual time together in Turin, with Bonucci regarded as one of the best centre-halves in the business.
The latest report suggests that the Italy international is the Premier League outfit’s top target and Conte will even offer Hazard as a makeweight in the deal.
However, Juventus are said to have reservations over the Belgian fitting into their formation and style of play – with Max Allegri’s men preferring that Cesc Fabregas is offered in exchange.
The Spain international has not been first choice in the Premier League under Conte and the Bianconeri are reportedly in the market for a deep-lying playmaker to run their possession game.
