Reports from Italy news site Calciomercato claims that Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has met up with Chelsea officials over possibilities of a summer transfer to the London club.

The information submerged after a video was posted to the site showing the 29-year-old arriving at a hotel in Milan to meet Chelsea executives.

The England International is currently on loan with Torino after manager Pep Guardiola instated Claudio Bravo as Man Citys first team keeper over Hart.

It is believed that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is keen to bring in the experienced keeper should Thibaut Courtois decide to leave Stamford Bridge in the summer, with Real Madrid a rumoured destination.

Hart will return to Manchester at the end of his loan spell but having fallen out of favour with the Spanish manager, it is likely that he will seek game time away from the Etihad.

Recently rediscovering his form at Torino, the English keeper will be a great addition to Contes side. However, it is believed he will be facing fierce competition from Jurgen Klopp with reports suggesting he is looking to replace the inconsistency at Liverpool.
