Chelsea and Atletico Madrid are set to battle it out for impressive Napoli left-back Faouzi Ghoulam, according to Calcio Mercato.
The 25-year-old Algeria international has been in fine form for the Serie A side this season both domestically and on the continent.

Ghoulam is a player that Conte knows well from his time in Italy and the defender’s current contract expires in the summer of 2018.
The report suggests that Napoli are keen to extend terms with the forward-thinking full-back and are concerned that a foreign suitor could turn his head.
Ghoulam has started 12 Serie A games this season, in what is the fourth campaign the African wideman has been on the Naples-based company’s books.
Chelsea have Marcos Alonso as their first-choice at left wing-back but there is not a recognised alternative to the Spaniard in the position currently with Baba Rahman out on loan at Schalke.
Conte is being tipped to look to his homeland for potential recruits given his time in charge of Juventus and the Italian national team.
