Chelsea can land either Radja Nainggolan or Antonio Rudiger in January but must sell Cesc Fabregas to Roma to make the deal happen, according to The Mirror.
The Blues have seemingly been looking at Antonio Conte’s former stomping ground, Serie A, as a possible source of new recruits.

Chelsea have been linked with both Nainggolan and Rudiger in recent times, with the Premier League side seemingly looking to strengthen the core of their side.
However, understandably Roma are reluctant to part company with the impressive pair, who have shone for the Giallorossi of late.
The latest report suggests that the Italian capital city side are desperate to add Fabregas to their ranks next month – so much so that they will offer one of their two star men in part-exchange.
The former Barcelona playmaker has not been guaranteed a place in the Chelsea side this season under Conte and was dropped to the bench for the weekend clash with West Bromwich Albion.
