The 67-year-old boss has allegedly given the club a long list of transfer targets he wants to rebuild the club, with it looking increasingly likely that Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez will leave in the summer after rejecting new contracts.
One of those high on the list is Celtic forward Dembele, who has been starring in Brendan Rodgersí side in Scotland this season with 32 goals in 46 appearances in all competitions.
The forward only joined the side last summer and the club will be very reluctant to let their star striker leave so soon, even if a lot of money is offered.
Celtic left-back Tierney is also allegedly on the list, with the club potentially seeing the youngster as Nacho Monrealís successor.
The Scottish defender is tipped to be a future star by many and has Champions League experience which will be valuable to Wenger and Arsenal.
With David Ospina wanting first-team football and Petr Cech nearing the end of his career, Sunderlandís Jordan Pickford is believed to be a target and with it looking like Sunderland are going to be relegated, the 23-year-old would likely grab the opportunity to move to one of the biggest teams in England.
Other high-profile names on the list reportedly include Borussia Dortmundís Marco Reus, Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe and Lyonís Alexandre Lacazette, who the club had a bid rejected for last summer.
