Premier League powerhouses Arsenal and Manchester City are keeping a close eye on Celtic defender Kieran Tierney ahead of a possible transfer move, The Sun state.
The 19-year-old has broken through the youth ranks at Parkhead into Brendan Rodgers’ first team, where his enterprising forward runs from left-back have caught the eye.

Tierney has made the full-back role his own over the last six months and has starred in both domestic football and the Champions League.
The Scotland international scored for Celtic in the recent 3-3 draw against Manchester City and the report suggests that his performance on the night impressed Pep Guardiola.
Arsenal meanwhile have also been sending scouts to watch the teenager closely, with talk that the Scot could well end up in the Premier League before long.
Brendan Rodgers has selected Tierney in all of Celtic’s seven league games this season and the Isle of Man-born star continues to be an important player for both club and country.
