Premier League club Brighton and Hove Albion play in the FA Cup quarter-finals against Championship club Millwall at The Den on Sunday.

It will be interesting to see if Chris Hughton rests some of his Seagulls first-team stars for this game.

Brighton are currently in 15th position on the Premier League standings but are just five points clear of the relegation zone.

The Amex Stadium outfit will however be pushing hard for victory. A win would see them advance to the semi-finals of the competition and from there anything could happen.

Hughton’s Brighton side have a good recent record at The Den as they are unbeaten at the ground during their last six games there.

The last time that they lost at the ground was back in December 2007.

Brighton could however potentially face a tough test against The Lions, who have shown that they can hold their own against top-flight opposition after having eliminated Everton from the competition this season.

Also worth noting is that Millwall have won four FA Cup ties against Premier League teams since the 2016-17 season, according to Sky Sports.

Brighton will have to make do without the services of midfielder Yves Bissouma as he was booked during the last two rounds of the FA Cup, according to a report published by BBC.

They report added that Brighton will also be without Florin Andone and Pascal Gross for the game due to injuries.

They could however be set to welcome back defender Leon Balogun. The 30-year-old missed his sided previous five games due to a shoulder problem.
