Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is keeping a close eye on prodigious Nice defender Malang Sarr after the teenager’s impressive start to the new season in France, according to Tutto Mercato Web.
The 17-year-old has broken into the Ligue 1 outfit’s starting XI this season, starting eight domestic games and playing an important role in the Allianz Riviera team firing themselves to the top of the table.

Sarr has looked more than comfortable with the demands of senior football despite his young age, with his physical attributes and calmness on the ball catching the eye of visiting scouts.
The latest report suggests that AC Milan and Arsenal have both been impressed by the young defender’s performances this season and will continue to watch on as he features for Nice.
Wenger has a long history of buying players from France and could well be tempted to make a move for the teenager before his valuation rises further.
The North London side added both Shkodran Mustafi and Rob Holding to their ranks over the summer and as such have plenty of options at centre-half.
However, veteran Per Mertesacker is being touted to leave next summer when his contract at the Emirates Stadium expires, with potential then for a new face to replace the German enforcer.
