Arsenal have entered the race to sign highly rated Benfica winger Goncalo Guedes, with Portuguese newspaper A Bola claiming that Arsene Wenger has been impressed by the young starlet.
The 19-year-old has broken into the Estadio da Luz first team and has starred both domestically and in the Champions League so far this season.

This has led to links with Manchester United, while Guedes has also already made his international debut for Portugal.
The latest report suggests that the Gunners are ready to wade into the battle to land the impressive teenager, who is versatile enough to play anywhere along his team’s forward line.
Wenger is believed to want to schedule a meeting with Benfica representatives to discuss the possibility of a future deal to bring the rising star to the Emirates Stadium.
However, The Independent claim that the Primera Division outfit have slapped a £50 million valuation on Guedes’ head to try and ward off the increasing number of suitors for their prized asset.
