Akpom has only featured once for the Gunners’ senior side this season, in their 4-0 League Cup win against Nottingham Forest.
The English player of Nigerian descent impressed last season on a loan spell at Hull City and manager Arsene Wenger is keen to send him out to a Championship side again to continue his development.
Fulham, Cardiff City and former club Brentford, who he played for in 2014, are all said to be interested in taking the striker on.
The forward made his debut for England under-16s on February 2011 and since then has appeared for every other junior side and has three goals in four games for the under-21 team.
