Watford were denied all three points in their match with Everton at Goodison Park when the hosts found a last-gasp equaliser to make the score 2-2.

Javi Gracia’s side were great throughout the game and looked good to take all three points, despite going a goal behind when their former attacker came to haunt them.

Richarlison opened the scoring inside the first 15 minutes of the game, however, a crazy two minutes in the second half turned the tie on its head.

Watford found themselves in front when Seamus Coleman put into his own net before Abdoulaye Doucoure put Watford in front moments later.

Ben Foster managed to save Gylfi Sigurdsson’s spot-kick minutes later to give the Hornets the chance of taking all three points.

However, Lucas Digne came to the rescue for Marco Silva’s side in the dying stages of the game with a stunning free-kick, which will have devastated the Vicarage Road outfit.

The result left Watford 12th in the Premier League and will host Cardiff City on Saturday afternoon as they look for their first win in seven matches.

Despite the point, fans were upset with the result and were furious with the performance they saw from one of their players on social media.

A number of them appeared to vent their frustrations towards Christian Kabasele, who had a poor showing on Monday as he gave away the penalty in the second half and the last-minute free-kick.

Watford fans slammed the defender on Twitter stating that he had a shocker, with some wanting Gracia to take him out of the team.

Here are some of their reactions:
